This map is set in an unnamed location on an abitrary road to a Combine facility. At one end is the Combine complex, complete with underground jail cells, armoury, guard towers and force field gate. Along the street are shops, both with counters and toilets. Across the road from the shops is a three storey hotel with several rooms.
Adjacent to the hotel is a weapons shop, complete with weapons system and LASER defense system. Further down the road is a small destructible shack and a nighclub complete with underground parking.
Below the street is a sewer system which includes a service scaffold, service rooms and a small maze of empty storage rooms.
To install, simply extract archive contents to your garrysmod folder. When prompted to overwrite, click 'yes to all'. This will not actually overwrite any existing files, it will simply add additional files to existing directories.
